How we work
AGENCY 21 is a full-cycle SMM agency in Tashkent. We don’t sell “social media management”: we build a system where strategy, content, ads and analytics are wired together and refreshed every month. Below is the whole client journey — from the first conversation to the monthly report.
Why we don’t start with posts
Without research and packaging, SMM turns into chaos: a pretty feed, an expensive operator, an ad budget — and zero leads. We’ve seen it hundreds of times, so month one has no posts at all: only the system.
The typical story goes like this. A business hires a contractor for “management”, gets twelve posts a month and runs ads to a profile where it is unclear what is being sold, to whom, and why here. The money goes out, the report comes back in reach and likes, and the sales team sees no new enquiries — because there is not a single explaining link between the ad and the sale.
We work the other way round: first we answer “who are we selling to”, “what makes us different” and “what should a person understand in the first fifteen seconds in the profile”, and only then switch on production and ads. Below are the four classic substitutions we remove at the start.
Two stages. No improvisation
The work always splits into a starting stage and a monthly cycle. The first builds the foundation and is billed once; the second is the operation that repeats every month.
- Strategy Sprint — business, audience, competitors, offer
- Launch / packaging — positioning and visual language
- 3 Reels: who we are / what we do / why they trust us
- Reels + photo posts + stories in one rhythm
- Shooting and editing — in-house
- Regular reports and hypothesis testing
Six disciplines. One system
Everything SMM needs is in-house. No outside contractors, nothing lost in translation: strategist, operator, editor, designer and analyst work on one project in one rhythm.
What happens every month
After onboarding the work settles into a repeating rhythm. The month closes with a report, the report becomes next month’s plan — so content stops depending on inspiration.
What you have in 30–40 days
The starting stage gives you the foundation: strategy, a packaged profile, a visual language and three pinned videos. After that — a full SMM cycle with no chaos.
